Activeplan Consulting has substantial capabilities and capacities in the domain of asset information management but needed to accelerate the professionalisation of business processes to capture market share quicker and appeal to prospective customers and colleagues more.
A number of sales mobilisations including improvement of pitch decks, proposal documentation and online presence were carried out. A customer relationship management project has been configured to enable collaborative working amongst members of staff involved in the sales process.
A focus group demonstrated the urgency and importance of public perception which needed to be resolved with a brand renewal effort.
