Countryside Partnerships (formerly Properties) required a systematic introduction to BIM to benefit all twelve business functions engaging all respective divisional directors in conversations concerning better information management.

Four BIM pilot projects were developed and tactically supported to substantiate capabilities and capacities to become demonstrable to BIM certification bodies.
